Bannock Point Recreation Site sits along the shores of Slocan Lake near Silverton in southeastern British Columbia. This walk-in tent camping area is accessed via a moderately steep trail approximately 700 metres from the parking area. Campsites are distributed along the treed and rocky lakeshore, offering views across the water toward the Valhalla Range. The site features a small pebble beach and day-use area. Facilities include tables and primitive toilets. The location attracts visitors interested in swimming, sunbathing on shoreline boulders, and wildlife viewing, with eagles and osprey commonly spotted fishing in the morning hours. Access is from Highway 6 south of Silverton.
