Aspiring Campsite is a backcountry Department of Conservation site in the Matukituki Valley within Mount Aspiring National Park, Otago. Positioned outside Aspiring Hut, this first-come, first-served campsite provides a base for trampers exploring the park's alpine terrain. As a backcountry site managed by DOC, facilities are minimal and campers should be self-sufficient. The location offers access to surrounding tracks and mountain scenery typical of the Southern Alps.
