Situated on Raiha Street approximately 20 kilometres north of Wellington city on State Highway 1, the camp serves as a convenient stopover for travellers heading to or from the Interislander and Bluebridge ferry terminals. The family-friendly facility features a lodge, dormitories, guest WiFi, laundry and a dump station. Native bush surrounds the site, offering a peaceful base close to the capital while maintaining easy motorway access for those journeying between the North and South Islands.
