Webb Creek Campground on Clearwater Lake greets visitors with excellent camping, fishing, swimming, boating and picnicking opportunities. Water sport enthusiasts love the lakes diverse offerings, from boating to jet skiing and canoeing to swimming. Webb Creek Campground offers 31 sites, both electric and non-electric. Most of the campsites are located on a wooded hillside and each campsite offers a fire ring and picnic table. Additional amenities include a dump station, showers, boat ramp, playground and a swimming area.Natural Features
The lake, surrounded by the picturesque hills of the Ozarks, is fed by the Black River. Average temperatures range from 33 to 59 degrees Fahrenheit in March, and 65 to 92 degrees in summer.Nearby Attractions
Part of the Ozark National Scenic Riverways, stop by a historic sawmill known as the Klepzig Mill, or visit Blue Spring, Reed Spring and Rocky Falls while in the area. Overview Piedmont Park is a spacious, activity-dense recreation area on the shores of Missouri's Clearwater Lake. BLUFF VIEW(CLEARWATER LAKE)
Overview Bluff View Campground on Clearwater Lake greets visitors with excellent camping, fishing, swimming, boating and picnicking opportunities. Local wildlife includes wetland waterfowl, fox, deer, turkey, and geese. Bald eagles nest at Clearwater, and remain in the area year-round. Recreation A trailhead for the Bluff View Nature Trail begins at the campground. This is a wonderful loop trail to look for wildlife among a mix of towering hardwood trees. Facilities Bluff View Campground offers 60 sites, including many with electric and water hookups. Additional amenities include a dump station, hot showers, boat ramp, playground, interpretive trail, public phones and a swimming area. RIVER ROAD PARK
Overview Set on the banks of a calming river, just below the entertaining Clearwater Lake lies River Road Park, known as a jolly ol' place to camp. The beautiful area is enhanced each spring by flowering shrubs and trees like the redbud, hawthorn, dogwood and wild plum. And bald eagles stay year-round and are known to nest near the lake. Recreation Look for wildlife and pretty landscapes on the Black River Hike and Bike Trail. The trail starts at River Road Park and connects with the Blue Heron and Bottomland interpretive trails. Wildlife includes wetland waterfowl, fox, deer and geese. The lake and river below provide excellent fishing, swimming and canoeing. Facilities The majority of campsites have electric and water hookups. Additional amenities include a dump station, hot showers, picnic shelters, a boat ramp, and a playground. Three group picnic shelters are available for reservation, and these also come with electricity. Natural Features River Road Park near Clearwater Lake lies below the dam on the Black River. The lake's shoreline is studded with picturesque bluffs covered in sweet william flowers, indented bays, and serene coves. HIGHWAY K
Overview Campers looking to enjoy a scenic stay on the clear waters of the Black River, will enjoy the calming riverside atmosphere at Highway K Park. Recreation Fishing and canoeing are very popular on the river, where campers also enjoy wading out into the clear waters during warmer months. Facilities The campground offers 83 sites, including many with electric hookups and some sites with water hookups. Additional amenities include a dump station, hot showers, a picnic shelter and playground. Natural Features Highway K is a few miles upstream of Clearwater Lake on the Black River. Campsites extended over both sides of the river bank, in a lush, wooded area of mixed hardwoods. Nearby Attractions The Elephant Rocks State Park, Johnson Shut-ins State Park, and the historic Civil War site at Fort Davidson State Park make for an interesting, scenic day trip.

WATERCRESS
Overview ***Watercress sustained substantial damage to the pavilions during the 2017 flood, they are not reservable at this time, however the boat ramp is still open for public use.*** Watercress Campground lies on the banks one of the forestβs greatest treasures; the Current River. Floats on the river provide views of southeastern Missouri that otherwise can't be seen. The area is home to a variety of birds and wildlife and recreation opportunities are plentiful in the surrounding area. Recreation Boating and canoeing on the Current River, as well as on other nearby rivers, are popular activities. A boat ramp for both motorized and non-motorized boats is available on the east bank of the Current River. Anglers enjoy fishing for bass, walleye, sunfish and the occasional catfish. Big Spring, Missouri's largest spring, is just five miles from the campground. Hikers at Watercress area enjoy the Songbird Trail, a 1.2-mile loop that leads to Watercress Spring, passing remnants of Civil War-era earthwork that overlook the Current River. Facilities The campground offers 17 campsites for tent or RV camping and the sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each site is equipped with a table and campfire ring. Vault toilets and drinking water are provided. Two group picnic shelters which can accommodate up to 75 people each are located alongside the river. Each is equipped with tables and grills. A seasonal trash collection dumpster is also available between April 1 and October 1 at the campground entrance. Natural Features Located within the town of Van Buren, the campground and day use area are adjacent to the Current River, which flows past scenic bluffs, springs, caves as it meanders through the Mark Twain National Forest toward Doniphan, MO. Nearby Attractions The campground is adjacent to the Ozark National Scenic Riverways, which is a series of protected rivers in the area managed by the National Park Service.
