Camping Area 5 sits in Castle Provincial Park at the confluence of Lost and Gardener Creeks with the Carbondale River. As the park's most popular off-highway vehicle designated trail staging area, it offers large sites accommodating multiple camping units and OHVs, allowing riders to depart directly from their campsite. Amenities include steel ring fire pits, leveled sites and an outhouse. The access road doubles as a shared OHV trail. Contact Alberta Parks to confirm current conditions, fees and any booking requirements before planning your trip.
