Walker Creek Campsite sits beside the Eglinton River within Fiordland National Park, approximately 49 kilometres north of Te Anau along the Milford Road. This Department of Conservation facility provides basic camping amenities including tent sites suitable for caravans, non-flush toilets, and picnic tables in a compact bush setting. The site accommodates around five non-powered pitches in a turning bay surrounded by tall trees adjacent to the main road. Stream water is available, though campers should treat it before use.
