The reservoir provides opportunities for fishing, canoeing, sailing and powerboating, while informal trails allow for birdwatching and wildlife viewing. Off-highway vehicle trails are accessible nearby, though prohibited within the campground itself. The campground operates seasonally from May through September with reservations available through the provincial system.
