Ptarmigan Lake Camp

Ptarmigan Lake Camp is a backcountry camping site in British Columbia offering a wilderness experience for self-sufficient campers. As a backcountry facility, visitors should be prepared for primitive conditions and pack in all necessary supplies and equipment. The site provides access to remote terrain away from developed campgrounds. Those planning a visit should ensure they have appropriate backcountry camping skills, navigation tools, and bear safety knowledge. Given the remote nature of backcountry sites, prospective campers may wish to contact local BC Parks offices or outdoor recreation authorities to confirm current conditions, access routes, and any permit requirements before heading out.
