Astotin Lake Campground in Elk Island National Park offers a wilderness camping experience approximately 63 kilometres east of Edmonton. The facility provides 75 unserviced campsites, including 15 walk-in tent sites and five oTENTik structures operated by Parks Canada. Each site features a picnic table, raised gravel camping pad, and fire pit. Firewood is available for purchase at the park's Visitor Centre. The campground sits within walking distance of Astotin Lake, a popular spot for swimming and paddling, as well as nearby recreational amenities including a beach, soccer field, playground, and theatre.
