Unknown Campsite is a basic backcountry tent site in Ruahine Forest Park, Manawatū-Whanganui, managed by the Department of Conservation. Located beside a river at approximately 658 metres elevation, this remote spot offers simple camping with no facilities. The clearing previously visible on older maps has now filled in with vegetation. Suitable for experienced trampers seeking a no-frills overnight stop while exploring the Ruahine ranges, the site provides access to several nearby huts including Colenso, Iron Bark, Maropea Forks and Otukota.
